The Q2 project is directed by Paul Shaffer, Research Fellow at the CIS, University of Toronto and assistant professor, International Development Studies, Trent University.
The Centre for Analysis and Forecasting, Vietnamese Academy of Social Sciences, under the directorship of Dr. Nguyen Thang, is coordinating pilot studies of Q2 analyses of the poverty impact of WTO accession in Vietnam.

Ravi Kanbur, T. H. Lee Professor of World Affairs, International Professor of Applied Economics and Management, and Professor of Economics at Cornell University, has been associated with the project since its inception and sits on the advisory council.

The USAID-funded SAGA project at Cornell and Clark Atlanta Universities has supported Kanbur’s contribution to the Q2 project.
